Kitchen/Bakery Production Worker

The Co-op Kitchen has an opening for a Kitchen/Bakery Production Worker. The preferred candidate will have previous commercial kitchen cooking experience. Baking experience is preferred, but not required.
The Kitchen/Bakery Production Worker assists in preparing ingredients for menu items and baked goods. This is an essential support position in a department with intensive need for quality control and precision. S/he must be adaptable, able to follow instruction, practice good communication, be a clean and organized worker, and work well as a team player. S/he must also be able to multi-task and be productive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Possession of a current food handler’s card is required for this position.
This is a 40 hrs/wk position; pay starts at $10.18/hr but may depend on experience. Specific hours are yet to be determined. Must be able to work some early mornings, some evenings and some weekend hours.
