The Kitchen/Commissary is looking for a motivated and dependable individual with a positive attitude to join the Kitchen/Commissary Team!   

The top candidate will have prior kitchen cooking experience, a flexible schedule and a desire to further their skills and knowledge in the culinary world. Possession of a current food handler’s card is required for this position.

The Cook/Baker produces menu items and baked goods from scratch. Being able to follow a recipe step by step is a major requirement for this position. The Cook/Baker is an essential support position in a department with intensive need for quality control and precision.

Pay starts at $10.82/hr. and will be a part-time position.

Scheduled hours are yet to be determined, but will consist of some early mornings, evenings, and weekends, therefore open availability and a flexible schedule are a vital part of being an employee at First Alternative Cooperative.
