Asian Pear Salad

The sweet juicy crunch of Asian pears makes for a delicious fruit salad. Enjoy chopped fresh, seasonal Asian pears along with a zesty mix of other crunchy veggies like celery and cherry bomb pepper, and a light, gingery dressing. Asian Pear
  • 3 celery stalks
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2 Asian pears
  • 2 scallions
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 cherry bomb pepper
  • salt & pepper (to taste)


Peel strings from celery ribs and slice. Cut, core, and chop Asian pears. Remove stem and seeds from pepper and chop. Whisk together lime juice, vinegar, and ginger and stir in all remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let stand at room temperature 15 min. before serving.
