Ingredients
  1. 2 3/4 water/crushed iced
  2. 2 stalks celery
  3. 5 large kale leaves
  4. 1/2 whole lemon
  5. 2 Tbsp. flax oil (can substitute borage oil or coconut oil)
  6. 3 Tbsp. raw agave or honey
  7. A handful of loose Spinach
  8. 2 cups pineapple, fresh or frozen
  9. 2 cups blackberries or blueberries
  10. 2 bananas, frozen or fresh
Instructions
  1. Blend first 7 ingredients untl smooth. Add fruit and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours and shake well before serving.
