In a medium bowl, mash beans with a fork. Sauté mushrooms, garlic, and green onions in 1 Tbsp olive oil until tender, then add to bean mixture along with roasted red peppers and smoked paprika. Add flour to mixture to help bind it and form into 4-5 patties. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown patties on both sides. Serve on a burger bun, with condiments.
