Cinnamon Roasted Yams


  • 1 medium yam, peeled and cubed
  • 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp sea salt


Preheat oven to 425°F. Place ingredients in a baking dish, mix well to coat the yams with oil. Bake, uncovered 20-25 minutes, or until yams are tender.
