Looking for a meeting space for your craft group or wanting to teach a class? We have two community meeting rooms available for community groups and events!

  • Participants may register in person at our Customer Service counters at both stores
  • To call in a reservation, contact Donna at 541-753-3115 ext. 328
  • All fee-based events that occur on our premises are subject to a 30% commission.
  • You may not sell products or materials in our meeting room without prior permission.
  • If you will be serving or preparing food, we ask that it is purchased from First Alternative
  • If you do not wish to have your event considered for advertising as part of our monthly offerings, please let us know.*

South Store Meeting Room

  • Available from 4:30 PM on weeknights and 8 AM to 8:45 PM on weekends
  • Kitchen facilities available
  • Limited to groups of 50 or fewer
  • Reservation required

North Store Meeting Room

  • Available from 4:30-8:45 PM on weeknights and 8 AM to 8:45 PM on weekends
  • NO kitchen facilities
  • Limited to groups of 20 or fewer
  • Reservation required

*Depending on the event, the purpose and fit with the Co-op guidelines, your event may be selected by our Thymes Editor to part of our monthly class/meetings page. If your event is selected, you will receive advertising in our monthly Thymes newspaper, our in-store events poster, and mention in our email communications with owners.  Not all events are open to the public so if you will be holding a closed meeting, we respect your privacy.
