Ingredients
  1. 3 1/4 cups water/crushed ice
  2. 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  3. 1/2 head of Red Leaf Lettuce, or until mixture reaches 6 cup line
  4. 1/2 tsp. agave or honey
  5. 4 plums or pluots, pits removed
  6. 2 bananas, fresh or frozen
  7. 3 cups berries of your choice
Instructions
  1. Blend first 3 ingredients until smooth.
  2. Add other ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
  4. Shake well before serving.
