Ingredients
  1. 1 cup kiwi berries
  2. ½ cup orange juice
  3. ¾ cup club soda
Instructions
  1. Place 1 cup kiwi berries in blender or food processor, or use an immersion blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Strain if desired.
  3. Add orange juice and blend to combine.
  4. Pour into a glass, add club soda, and stir.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint and a lime slice.
