We understand that shopping can be stressful right now. First Alternative Co-op is trying to help make it a little easier by offering pick-up and delivery services as a service to our community. Let us do your shopping for you!

Please note, both services have a $5 service fee to help us address the extra resources it takes to facilitate these services. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Ordering for Pick-up

Use the form below to place your order. Be sure to select the store location where you would like to pick up your order. Orders may be placed 9am-3pm daily at both stores. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to fulfill your order. We will call you to get payment information and let you know when it will be ready for pick-up. If you are unable to fill out the form, you may also call the store directly to place your order. Any orders placed after 3pm will be addressed the following day, unless we are able to get to it sooner. When your order is ready for pick-up, please arrive in the parking lot and call the store to let us know you are here. We ask that you stay in your car and pop the trunk so we can ensure a contact-free transfer.

Ordering for Delivery

We are asking that only customers who are immune compromised, over age 65, or otherwise vulnerable to choose this option. Use the form below to place your order. Deliveries will be available seven days a week and require 24 hours notice. To get a delivery the next day, orders need to be placed by 3pm. Deliveries will typically happen between 11am-3pm. We can deliver within a 10 mile radius from each store.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate returns or refunds on products included in pick-up/delivery orders.

To help us successfully complete your order, please follow our shopping list instructions.

There is a minimum order of $30 for both pick-up and delivery. Payment will be collected by credit/debit card over the phone. We can also process EBT cards over the phone. If Owners wish to use their Owner Sale Day if available, please indicate so on the order form and make sure to place your order two days before the end of the month so we can process it in time.

Due to the challenges our distributors are facing from unusually high demand, we cannot guarantee items will be in stock. We are unable to accommodate case orders or special orders. Limits may also be placed on high demand items such as toilet paper, paper towels, canned fruits and vegetables, canned beans, canned soups, frozen fruits and vegetables, pasta, canned tomato products, cereal, eggs, and olive oil.

Please make sure when you place your order that your list is complete, as we are unable to accommodate add-on items after your order has been submitted. These services are being provided to help lessen traffic in the stores to protect our staff and customers. If you place an order for pick-up or delivery and realize you forgot an item, we encourage you to add it to your next order rather than coming into the store, which can diminish the program’s benefits.¬†We appreciate your consideration of your Co-op staff and fellow shoppers!

Now more than ever, having some help in the kitchen is a wonderful thing. That’s why the Co-op Kitchen is cooking up delicious Grab ‘N’ Go versions of your hot bar favorites which can be included in your pick-up and delivery orders! View the daily menu of meals and sides, including vegan, dairy free, and wheat free options. We also continue to offer deli salads, heat-and-eat soups, breakfast pastries, and freshly baked desserts.

Place your order

To place your order, please select the store at which you normally shop and then choose PICK-UP or DELIVERY. If you are a new shopper, please choose the store closest to your home.
