We understand that shopping can be stressful right now. First Alternative Co-op is trying to help make it a little easier by offering pick-up and delivery services as a service to our community. Let us do your shopping for you!

Pick-up and delivery services

  • Pick-up available Monday-Friday
  • Delivery available Tuesdays and Fridays
  • $30 minimum order
  • $10¬†service fee on each order

Please note that we are unable to accommodate returns or refunds on products included in pick-up/delivery orders.

Use the form below to place your order for pick-up Monday-Friday. Be sure to select the store location where you would like to pick up your order. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for us to fulfill your order. To ensure your order will be ready for pick-up by Friday, please place your order by 3pm on Wednesday. If you place your order after 3pm on Wednesday or on Thursday, we will do our best to have your order ready by Friday, but cannot guarantee it. If you place your order on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be ready for pick-up on Monday or Tuesday.

We will call you to get payment information and let you know when it will be ready for pick-up. When your order is ready for pick-up, please arrive in the parking lot and call the store to let us know you are here. We ask that you stay in your car and pop the trunk so we can ensure a contact-free transfer.

We are asking that only customers who are immune compromised, over age 65, or otherwise vulnerable choose this option. Use the form below to place your order. Deliveries are available on Tuesdays and Fridays and require 48 hours notice. For Tuesday delivery, place your order by 3pm on Sunday. For Friday delivery, place your order by 3pm on Wednesday. Deliveries will typically happen between 11am-3pm. We can deliver within a 10 mile radius from each store.

To help us successfully complete your order, please follow our shopping list instructions.

There is a minimum order of $30 for both pick-up and delivery. Payment will be collected by credit/debit card over the phone. We can also process EBT cards over the phone. If Owners wish to use their Owner Sale Day if available, please indicate so on the order form and make sure to place your order two days before the end of the month so we can process it in time.

Since many of our sales change on a bi-weekly basis (Co-op Deals), please make sure to place your order by 3pm on Sunday for the last week of the sale period if you want to guarantee you receive the sale price. Orders must be paid for by Tuesday to receive sale prices.

Due to the challenges our distributors are facing from unusually high demand, we cannot guarantee items will be in stock. We are unable to accommodate case orders or special orders. Limits may also be placed on high demand items such as toilet paper, paper towels, canned fruits and vegetables, canned beans, canned soups, frozen fruits and vegetables, pasta, canned tomato products, cereal, eggs, and olive oil.

Please make sure when you place your order that your list is complete, as we are unable to accommodate add-on items after your order has been submitted. These services are being provided to help lessen traffic in the stores to protect our staff and customers. If you place an order for pick-up or delivery and realize you forgot an item, we encourage you to add it to your next order rather than coming into the store, which can diminish the program’s benefits.¬†We appreciate your consideration of your Co-op staff and fellow shoppers!
