To help us successfully complete your order, please follow our shopping list instructions.
There is a minimum order of $30 for both pick-up and delivery. Payment will be collected by credit/debit card over the phone. We can also process EBT cards over the phone. If Owners wish to use their Owner Sale Day if available, please indicate so on the order form and make sure to place your order two days before the end of the month so we can process it in time.
Since many of our sales change on a bi-weekly basis (Co-op Deals), please make sure to place your order by 3pm on Sunday for the last week of the sale period if you want to guarantee you receive the sale price. Orders must be paid for by Tuesday to receive sale prices.
Due to the challenges our distributors are facing from unusually high demand, we cannot guarantee items will be in stock. We are unable to accommodate case orders or special orders. Limits may also be placed on high demand items such as toilet paper, paper towels, canned fruits and vegetables, canned beans, canned soups, frozen fruits and vegetables, pasta, canned tomato products, cereal, eggs, and olive oil.
Please make sure when you place your order that your list is complete, as we are unable to accommodate add-on items after your order has been submitted. These services are being provided to help lessen traffic in the stores to protect our staff and customers. If you place an order for pick-up or delivery and realize you forgot an item, we encourage you to add it to your next order rather than coming into the store, which can diminish the program’s benefits.
