Cinnamon Roasted Yams

A delicious and simple alternative to mashed yams. These delicious yams are roasted in coconut oil and seasoned with cinnamon.

  • 2 medium yams, peeled and cubed

  • 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ tsp sea salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place ingredients in a baking dish, mix well to coat the yams with oil. Bake, uncovered 20-25 minutes, or until yams are tender.
