Zippy cranberries, lime, and chilis complement rich cream cheese in a festive spread. Great for a party!
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1-14 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
4 oz. chopped green chilies, drained
2 Tbsp lime juice
½ tsp garlic powder
1/8 – ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
½ – 1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp salt
1. Whip cream cheese until fluffy.
2. Form into desired shape on a serving plate.
3. In a small bowl, combine cranberry sauce, green chilies, lime juice and all 4 spices.
4. Spoon over and around cream cheese.
5. Serve with crackers.
