Easy, healthy and delicious breakfast ready for you when you awake – with just a little pre-planning!
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
Place oats in a pint mason jar. Pour in milk of choice. Add toppings (you may choose to wait until the morning to add fresh fruit if you prefer.) Give it all a good stir and cover with lid. Place in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, decant into a bowl and garnish with additional fruit, if desired. Or, you can enjoy eating it right out of the mason jar!
