Smoky Nuts

Enjoy these roasted tamari and paprika spiced nuts! Perfect for an on-the-go snack or your holiday party!

  • 2 Cups – raw nuts (any combination of almonds, pecans, cashews)

  • 2 tsp – smoked paprika

  • 3 Tbsp – wheat-free tamari


  1. Spread nuts in a single layer in a glass baking dish and bake at 350°F for 12-15 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle paprika and then tamari over nuts. Stir well and bake for 3 minutes more. Let cool, then transfer to an airtight container.
  2. The flavor is much better when made in small batches. If you need more than 2 cups, prepare multiple small batches for best results.
