Triple Berry Crisp

Simple to make, low in sugar, good nutrients, and superb flavor. Enjoy this delicious dessert using local fruit and granola.


  • 3 cups Stahlbush Island frozen blueberries

  • 3 cups Stahlbush Island frozen marionberries

  • 3 cups Stahlbush Island frozen raspberries

  • 6 Tbsp. sugar

  • 3 Tbsp. + 2 Tbsp. water, divided

  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1 1/2 cups Grizzlies Aunt Ginger’s Snappy granola


1. Mix fruit, sugar, and 3 Tbsp. water in a saucepan. Heat to boiling.
2. In a small bowl mix cornstarch and 2 Tbsp cold water. Stir into boiling fruit mixture.
3. Bring back to boil, stirring occasionally. Boil for 1 minute, no longer. Remove from heat; add vanilla.
4. Pour into 9×9 pan. Sprinkle granola over the top.
5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until granola is golden brown.
