Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms

A perennial party favorite that’ll disappear quickly! This easy-to-make recipe was featured at the 2019 Winter Wine Soirée.

  • 30 crimini mushrooms

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 –2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup Parmesan or asiago cheese

  • ½ tsp pepper

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp dill weed


Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove stems from mushrooms. Blend garlic, both cheeses and seasonings. Stuff each mushroom cap with cheese mixture. Bake for 20-25min.
