Ham & Noodles
Easy family pleaser. Egg noodles can be easily substituted for rice noodles for a more traditional dish. Add more broth for soup, less broth for a casserole. Top with cracked black pepper and enjoy!
- 10 oz frozen peas
- 1 ¾ cups Imagine Portobello Mushroom Soup
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp dried dill
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4 oz Pad Thai rice noodles (or egg noodles)
- 2 cups diced ham
- ½ cup crimini mushrooms, sliced
Instructions:
Combine soup, sour cream, milk and seasonings in a 1 ½ quart casserole. Stir n cooked noodles, peas, ham and mushrooms. Cover and bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes or until heated through.
