DAY 5: Broccoli Cheese Bakers, Ham Steak, Apple Slices

Broccoli Cheese Bakers

  • 3 russet potatoes

  • Olive oil

  • Sea salt

  • 1 stalk broccoli

  • 1 cup cheese sauce from Mushrooms & Mac

  • Butter

  • Sour cream

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

Clean potatoes and prick skin with a fork in several places. Rub skins with olive oil and salt and bake on oven rack at 400°F for 45-60 min. Reserve 1 potato for Baked Potato Corn Chowder. Chop and steam broccoli; (cut crowns into bite-sized pieces, peel stem and slice). Heat cheese sauce and top potatoes with your favorite toppings.

To heat ham, place in skillet with a small amount of water. Heat over medium heat, just until heated through.

Save for later: 1 baked potato and 1 slice ham for Baked Potato Corn Chowder
