DAY 6: Chicken & Cheese Sandwich, Carrot Sticks, Red Bell Pepper Slices & Orange Slices

Chicken & Cheese Sandwich (and sides)

  • 1 Ciabatta roll, sliced

  • 1 chicken breast from Day 3

  • 2 small pkg cheddar cheese

  • 1 lettuce leaf

  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

  • Carrot sticks

  • Red bell pepper slices

  • Orange slices

Instructions

Spread mayonnaise on both halves of the sliced Ciabatta roll. Place chicken, cheese and lettuce leaf on bottom half of roll; cover with top half of Ciabatta. Enjoy alongside orange slices, red bell pepper slices, and remaining carrot.
