Chicken and Rice Salad
Instructions
Mix oil, vinegar, tamari, garlic, salt, and pepper in a shaker, or whisk together. Mix rice, green beans, chicken, almonds, and raisins. Add dressing and mix well. Serve with apple slices, bell pepper wedges, and Co-op Kitchen Classic Hummus, for dipping.
