Instructions
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Blend until fluffy and adjust flavor & consistency by adding more lemon, tahini and/or oil.
Falafel Pita Wraps
Instructions
Combine falafel mix with water; let stand 15 minutes. Shape into balls and fry in oil until golden brown, turning to brown all sides. Cut each pita round in half. Spread Homemade Hummus inside; add falafel and lettuce. Serve with carrots.
