Smoky Tempeh Brussels Sprouts

A simply delicious side dish which is both vegan and gluten free. The smoky flavor of the tempeh “bacon” pairs well with the delicious caramelized maple syrup.

  • 2# Brussels sprouts

  • ¼ – ½ tsp sea salt

  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 6 oz Lightlife Tempeh Smoky Bacon, chopped

Instructions

Wash Brussels and cut in half from core to top. Place in a large bowl and sprinkle with salt, maple syrup, and olive oil. Toss. Add tempeh bacon and toss gently. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
