Sweet & Sour Chicken
Instructions
Brown chicken in olive oil in a skillet or wok. Add vegetables, mix well and saute for 15-20 minutes, stirring often. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Serve over cooked White Jasmine Rice
White Jasmine Rice
Instructions
Place rice, water, and salt in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook, covered, for 15-20 minutes, or until water is absorbed and rice is tender. (You may choose to use a rice cooker.)
Mandarin Orange Salad
Sweet & Sour Dressing
Instructions
Mix almonds and sugar in skillet. Cook and stir over low heat until almonds are coated. Remove and cool. Make salad of lettuce, celery, cucumber and onion. Just before serving, add almonds and mandarins and toss. Whisk together all Sweet & Sour Dressing ingredients or shake in a bottle to combine. Drizzle over Mandarin Orange Salad.
