Savory Lamb Burgers
Burger Ingredients:
- ½# ground lamb
- 1 ½ tsp stoneground mustard
- 1-2 green onions, minced
- 2 Tbsp fresh mint, minced
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Burger Toppings:
- Mustard
- Avocado
- Fresh mint leaves
- 2 burger buns

Instructions:
Place all burger ingredients in a medium bowl and mix together with your hands. Form mixture in 4-6 patties and set aside. Heat a cast-iron skillet and add burgers. Cook 5 minutes on each side or until desired finish is reached. Serve burgers on buns, along with toppings.
