Earlier this year, First Alternative wished our General Manager Cindee Lolik well on her new adventure into retirement after 13 wonderful years at the Co-op. Cindee helped guide First Alternative Co-op through both exciting and challenging times, and we were so grateful to have her leadership during those years. As we enter this phase of leadership transition, we are equally as grateful to have the support and expertise of our Interim General Manager, Wynston Estis.

First Alternative is looking for a General Manager who is great at communication, community involvement, and balancing long term plans with current store needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in cooperative business, local food action and retail management. They will be able to honor the principles we stand for with an eye for modernization, inclusion, and responsible growth.
