DAY 4: Herbed Baked Chicken, Potato Salad, Green Beans

Herbed Baked Chicken

  • 3 chicken breasts

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • ½ tsp herbs de Provence

Instructions

Cut breasts in half, crosswise. Rub chicken with oil, salt & herbs. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature mesures  160°F. Set aside 3 pieces for Chicken & Rice Dish. Serve with potato salad and green beans.
