Smoky Nuts
Smoky & savory – great for movie night! This simple recipe is so easy to make and a delicious savory option for holiday snacking to balance out all the sugary treats! The flavor is much better when made in small batches. If you need more than 2 cups, prepare multiple small batches for best results.
- 2 cups – raw nuts (any combination of almonds, pecans, cashews)
- 2 tsp – smoked paprika
- 3 Tbsp – wheat-free tamari
Instructions:
Spread nuts in a single layer in a glass baking dish and bake at 350°F for 12-15 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle paprika and then tamari over nuts. Stir well and bake for 3 minutes more. Let cool, then transfer to an airtight container.
