Denison Farm in Corvallis had delivered some beautiful sweet onions that are organic and full of flavor. These would be excellent stuffed and baked with your favorite ingredients. Also, these onions are great for caramelizing and sauteing. We also have organic bunch carrots provided by Gathering Together Farm in Philomath. Nothing beats the tasty crack of a fresh fall carrot. This week’s produce specials additionally include purple sweet potatoes, bunch spinach, Bartlett pears, seedless red and green grapes, large Hass avocados, and Valencia oranges.
